During my career I have been involved in various and diverse fields which have given me a particular insight into problems which other professionals will have a greater difficulty in understanding, and in coming up with viable solutions.

Understanding microwave electronics, propagation, echoes and signal cancellation and the various systems and use of communications has helped me to understand other fields which have similar problems.

When I designed and constructed a three hall cineplex I had to figure out how to stop cell phones from working inside the cinema. Knowing the transmitting frequency we used two methods - signal blocking and signal masking. The result was not mobile phones would work in the cinema, but just outside they would work.

In my projects in Africa I learned how to plan for the unthinkable and when there was a missing critical element, I had to learn how to either work around or solve the problem in the absence of a qualified commercial support infrastructure. The idea of redundancy to avoid delays became a reality.

My father was an architect and from my early years I was exposed to his projects and later took up in high school drafting and design and since then have always been very adept at design.

In my high schools it was a requirement to learn all aspects of drafting, carpentry, metal shop, foundry works and plastics. In my life I have had the opportunity to either have my own production tools for hobbies or have had to use these skills either to complete or assist in the completion of critical work.
Below are mostly complete list of the major projects that I have done or have had a key role involvement.
