Christopher Robin Richardson born to Bonita Maria Barns (1933-2008) & Donald Ray Richardson May 24th 1956 at 1:00 am St. Vincent Hospital Portland Oregon. Due to his mischievous Christopher was given the nickname Kritter by his father.
Donald and Bonita lived in Bandon Oregon during the pregancy and moved to Portland where Donald had bought a plot of land next in Milwaukie. They lived in a trailer until Christopher was 4 years old. With the help of his friends Donald built a high piched roof house that he designed partially made from recycled wood. Christopher was big enough to 16 penny hand nails to the builders.
Chris attended Wichita elementary school up until the 2nd grade. His first grade teacher was Mrs. Petriqan and his second grade teacher was Mrs. Renolds.
The Richardsons moved to a new tri-level home in a new housing development near lynwood road about 10 miles away at a place called Cedar Crest. The development was built on dairy farm land that was gradually shrinking as the city boundaries expanded outwards. He then attended Lot Whitcomb elementary starting in the 3rd grade where Mrs. Yoshtomi was his first non-anglosaxon teacher. For the fourth grade he had Mrs. White then the sixth Mr. Blankenship. For Junior High School he went to Ickes where in addition to all of the required classes he took band (drums).
Chris went to Clackamas High School where he attended up to the sophmore year and then transferred to Colton where his parents decided to move in order to get away from the city. They wanted to experience country life. By this time Chris started to work as a bag boy at Danielson's Thriftway. Because his father had sent him to summer school for the last five years he took night class at Benson Polytechnical High School and graduated with a General Education Diploma.

He worked up until the age of 19 (1975) and then joined the United States Navy, went to San Diego Boot Camp and A School where he became a Mess Management Specialist. He joined RVAW 110, an early warning squadron, on the USS Oriskany CVA 34 in the Philippines in the midst of a WESTPAC cruise. The Oriskany returned to Alameda California and RVAW 110 returned to San Diego and then transferred to Mayport Florida to join the USS Rosevelt CV42 where they would go on a MED Cruise joining the Sixth Fleet. After returning to the states in 1977 he returned to the Sixth Fleet stationed in Gaeta Italy where he remained until honorably discharged in 1981.
In 1979 he married an Italian National, Rosalia Coniglio. That same year his first child was born Donald Giovanni in Pozzuoli Italy at the Naval Hospital. Giovanni Coniglio his father-in-law had a duplex house and Chris and Rosa maintained residence there for five years even while Chris and Rosa were in the United States.
In the US Oregon he lived in one of his fathers's Portland Townhouse apartments while he attended Portland State University where he stayed from 1981 until 1986 when he graduated with two BA degrees and a Certificate, one in Business Administration the other in Foreign Languages (French, Italian and German). In 1981 Bonita Alessandra Daphne his second child, a girl was born at the University Hospital in Portland Oregon.
During University Chris worked with Telesat International where he learned all about microwave electronics and participated in selling systems internationally while he was doing his studies.
Chris traveled to Qatar to work with a friend, Shk. Hamad bin Ali bin Fahed Al-Thani he met at University. They formed a company called System Technology Trading. Over the next several years they marketed and installed Large Aperature Satellite System in Africa and The Middle East and also were involved in other projects such as the establishment of the first amusement park in Qatar.
Alessandra Francesca was born in 1986 while Chris was in Bahrain on a satellite TV installation. Rosa and the children joined him in Qatar in late 1988. By 1993 Chris had joined Shk. Hassan bin Sultan Al-Thani and embarked on a project to develop the first shopping mall in Qatar. The project was completed and opened in 1995. In 1998 Chris bought three failed restaurants and established a chain of five restaurants over the next several years. In 2003 Chris sold the restaurans and left Qatar for Dubai to establish Dubai Marine World.
