I am a Business Project Developer with a flare for design, business systems with  a n innovative twist.

The first and most important point about developing new projects is connection.  There is a need to understand the market in  terms of emerging trends, cultural limitations and influence, economic traditions and a keen understanding of consumer motivation in a multi-plural society.  This only comes with experience which is developed through an open and unbiased observation of realities on the ground.

How to ask the right questions, how to compare developments in other parts of the world and how to see how they will fit into the existing model of the market where we are i.e. The GCC.

By using the latest computer based tools such as Autocad, Sketchup, Corel Suite, as well as the standard MS products; Word, Excel, Power Point and Access, I am able to support my own initiatives up to the point where I can hand over enough details to team members thus being able to execute a mission in the shortest amount of time. 

It is how quick you can move on an idea that can make a project more successful.  The quicker you can see details the better and quicker decisions are made.  This translates into saving money either by realizing early that something is not going to work or that it will and we need to get on with it.
